Our Lead Teacher for Inclusion consults with families to provide smooth transitions for funded students and those with additional needs. They're likewise available during the shift from Kinder to Foundation and Year 6 to Secondary College.
They coordinate applications for tier 3 funding under the Department of Education (Disability Inclusion Reform) and provide support to classroom teachers and Education Support staff to help individual students with their engagement in learning.
