Health & Physical Education
The Physical Education Program is a 12 month program that runs from prep to year 6 and consists of one 45 minute session per week.
The program teaches students skills including hand eye coordination and gross and fine motor skills through a range of sports and activities such as ball sports, racquet sports, bike education and much more.
Students also compete in a annual fun run school sports. They are also given the opportunity to further themselves by going to region, state and national levels of competition.
As part of the Physical Education program, we run a Perceptual Motor Program (PMP) for our prep students. This program allows the prep cohort to build their perceptions and motor skills through a range of fun games.
